About
I mediate when the stakes are high, helping parties manage complex financial, legal, or relational disputes. I’ve helped resolve conflict in boardrooms, courtrooms, and construction sites.
For over a decade, I negotiated real estate deals as a principal and on behalf of investors. I’ve worked with startups and family businesses, and across languages and cultures. I've mediated disputes in court-annexed and private settings.
Along the way, I taught negotiation and mediation at Columbia Law School, the University of Georgia, Miami Law, and other institutions, helping professionals and students navigate deals, disputes, and professional relationships with care and skill.

I work with business partners, executives, and lawyers across a wide range of disputes. Some come ready to settle; others don’t know if resolution is possible.
I offer structure, judgment, and a clear process to help people move forward.
